I keep getting error messages when trying to access the support page for this printer.
Looks like an HP landing page, saying that the page is temporarily unavailable.
I feel like there is some way to access it; you just have to know the right link/ page to come in through.

No tricks - there is actually something going on with the search service.
It has been reported - and, of course, the timing is bad.
Hang in there.

The HP site experiencing some technical difficulties today, therefore you experience such behavior.
Try downloading your printer software via HP Easy Start utility by selecting the HP Basic or Full Feature Software option and check if that may work:
