When printing letters the first and last font of each line DROPS BELOW THE REST OF THE WRITTEN LINE
Can anybody help please
Printer is new and shows no ERROR message
All photos and test prints are good and I have printed the same letter on another printer successfully
Would love to TALK to someone at HP but finding it impossible to find a telephone number to contact ??

Hi,
Print a printer status report and evaluate the print quality, i assume you would see print quality issues with the black color:
Assuming there are black color quality problems indeed, select Setup > Tools > Clean Cartridges and follow the steps on screen.
If the problem remains, you may contact HP Support by following the link below, the contact details will be shown once providing your product details:

Thank you SHLOMI your suggestion seems to have worked
I did also find in the printer settings a Microsoft Word option which I used this time around, I am printing from an IMAC running EL Capitan 10.11.06
