Drucker befindet sich im Fehlerzustand

Beim Drucken über einen Rechner oder Laptop erscheint immer die Fehlermeldung, dass sich der Drucker im Fehlerzustand befindet. Ein Druck über das Smartphone oder per USB-Stick am Drucker ist hingegen möglich.

Die Treiber-Software wurde bereits mehrfach de- und wieder neuinstalliert (sowohl über die Datei auf der HP-Homepage als auch die Original-CD), jedoch bleibt das Problem bestehen.

Auch wurde der Drucker von der Strom- sowie Internetverbindung getrennt.

Der Drucker ist im WLAN-Netz verbunden, daran liegt es demnach auch nicht.

Was kann ich tun?

I have the same problem with the pagewide 477 - now you get the text in English.

 

When printing from a computer or laptop, the error message "printer is in the error state" always appears. However, printing via smartphone or USB stick on the printer is possible. Printing from 1 Computer in the Network is also possible, but with the other, I always get the error message.
The driver software has already been reinstalled and reinstalled several times (both via the file on the HP homepage and the original CD), but the problem remains.
The printer was also disconnected from the power and internet connections.
The printer is connected to the WiFi network, so it is not because of that. Printing via E-Mail Server also works. It just refuses a direct print from the computer. It goes without saying that all Systems are compeltely up to date with firmware and software updates.
What can I do?
