LED screen is showing bad lines on 3/4 as you can see. Also, the error message (upside and don’t know why) states ink cartridges ‘are not intended for this printer as it is currently configured’
I was promoted to buy these cartridges by the HP website. AND, my desktop does recognize this printer to copy, scan , or print, only to buy ink!

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Perform step 3 mentioned in this document to resolve ink cartridge related errors.
