Conflicts - "I will resolve.."  but I can't seem toConflicts - "I will resolve.." but I can't seem to

Printing from MS Word (latest) on Win 10  (latest), everything is moved to the top of pages as if top margin doesn't exist.
But...., if I print pages singly (i.e. not duplex etc, as pic below) - they print NORMALLY. There's also a message about conflicts - which I can't resolve.
I haven't made any recent changes (or printed for about 10 days) and am not sure if it's a printerdriver problem or a Word one. Please see pics for details.

Hi - at last!

Copies are fine. I have latest firmware and have troubleshot with HP P&S Doctor.
I rarely print from anything other than MS Office programs and/or PDFs. The problem is always that the top margin hardly exists despite the document settings. Paper is feeding fine, rollers clean, jets clean; also tried scaled and non-scaled within Office docs.

It wasn't always this way - and it's very irritating as I can't find a solution other than buying a Canon...
