Product: ENVY 4500

Bonjour à tous et toutes,

mon imprimante HP ENVY 4500 n'imprime plus alors que toutes les autres fonctions marchent correctement et qu'il y a une bonne connexion entre l'ordinateur et l'imprimante.

Quand je lance l'impression, elle se charge et ensuite j'ai le petit icône de l'imprimante en bas à droite qui s'affiche et qui dit qu'il y a 0 document en attente.

Lorsque j'imprime avec mon téléphone portable l'impression fonctionne.

 

Pourriez-vous m'aider à résoudre ce problème svp?
