Our printer recommended an update, my wife pressed 'yes' and the printer went into error displaying code: 0XB0002740C. It will now do nothing. I've followed the guidance on the HP Support website, removing power, trying to get the ink carriage out and removing/replacing the cartridges, but the carriage will not move. I've deleted the drivers from my Mac and then looked to both reinstall and also update the printer firmware, but the Mac won't recognise the printer either via WiFi or directly plugged in on a USB cable.
All the printer will do is turn on and display: ERROR CODE 0XB0002740C
As this was an HP recommended update it's really frustrating, upto this point it was working fine! Help please.
