Hi @JTL45 ,

Welcome to the HP Support-Community.

There is probably a problem with one cartridge. Please print out a diagnostics page, remove the serial number (SN), scan it and upload it here by using the insertphotos.PNG icon in the texteditor. To print out a diagnostics page,

  • On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup

    icon.
  • Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

Best,

Nils_K

Hi,

yes, here we have a problem with the tri color cartridge.

Please try the following:

Remove the cartridge and turn it upside down for about an hour. In many cases, this procedure helps.

After reinstalling the cartridge, please try to print out a document and check, if the problem remains. If so, run an automatic cartridge clean.

How is the result?

Best,

Nils_K
