Envoy5530 frozen

Envoy 5530
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer menu/screen frozen on "ink cartridge problem;  change colour cartridge". I changed cartridge and menu still frozen.  Cant get it back to home menu.

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet. Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
