Envy 4500 Series throws error when printing which requires you to push ok to print

Envy 4500 Series all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ever since I canceled my instant ink, my printer keeps telling to connect to update status when I try to print or throws an error on screen, when I press ok it prints.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Restarting web services may help. Let us try these steps:

 

Make sure the Instant Ink subscription is completely canceled. Refer to this document for more info on canceling the subscription.

Note: Once the Instant Ink subscription is canceled, you will have to use regular ink cartridges to print. if you are using Instant Ink cartridges, you may get this error.

 

Turn off web services

Refer to this document to know how. Wait for a while and then turn it On. Click here to know how.

None of these options are work, on computer it tells me I need to connect my printer to update instant ink status yet computer and printer are connected to wireless and just now when I hit ok it prints fine

For further assistance, I would like to know if you've replaced the inks with regular ones or still using the HP Instant Ink cartridges?
