I have an Envy 4520 and it has been great printing and scanning.  It will now print blank pages only and I tried copying and it also copies blank pages.  I have unplugged, taken cartridges out, reinstalled drivers.  I've checked Ink levels and the diagnostic pages print so I do not believe it is an ink problem.  I checked the touch pad for printer updates and it says it is up to date.  What are the next steps I can try.  Thank you very much.

@KMasonVA

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns

Since Diagnostic Page prints fine and you have already updated the Firmware, I suggest we perform a Semi Full Reset

Since these steps are specific to your printer, I have sent you a private message with the next course of action

I am having a similar problem with my Officejet 6815.  I too have done all the diagnostics, reinstalled drivers, verified ink levels, but it prints nothing at all.  Everything comes out blank.
