Envy 500
macOS 10.14 Mojave

I purchased an Envy 500 two weeks ago. The cartridges came with the printer: everything worked fine. Until, I ran out of ink. I purchased new ink at Walmart, HP brand number 65 as specified. I installed the ink. Alignment page looked fine. I attempted to print a document, and it kept printing with skewed/warped letters at the beginning and ending of the lines on the page (sometimes randomly, sometimes only once, sometimes only on the right side). I have cleaned the printer heads several times, aligned the print head a couple of times, scanned the alignment page, used the remove smudges tool multiple times. Turned the printer off then back on. I have used half of my brand new ink just trying to fix this problem. Anyone have a solution? Please.
