Hi, I have been gifted a HP Envy 5010 printer with no set up cartridges - I do not know if the printer has ever been set up and initialised with the original cartridges. I purchased a brand new HP 304 black cartridge but the printer will not accept it and gives me the dreaded 'use set up cartridges' error that many others have experienced.
I have the latest firmware and have tried a hard reset as advised in many other posts. I feel I have exhausted all resources to resolve this myself! Can someone please send me instructions on how to bypass this error so I can use single cartidge mode and print my boarding passes for my upcoming trip?
