Envy 5055 printer
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have had many HP printers. I have always been able to set up easily and print every kind of thing right away. But this time, right out of the box , the printer jam msg comes up fir business card stock and glossy photo paper. It takes a very long tine and sounds like it’s printing  but when I remove the paper, which isn’t Really jammed, there is just some smears. I did tell the printer via console that I was used photo (not hp) glossy.  What gives? Thanks.
