Product: Envy 5055

Envy 5055 will only print color no black.  The black ink cartridge is ample, and I've cleaned the cartridges, still no black ink.

This seems to happen frequently, but I can't remember the fix.

Have you tried these steps yet? 

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this issue.

I spent over 2 hours trying all the solutions I found on the support page. Nothing worked.

I finally found a support phone # and the representative solved my issue in under 5 minutes.
