Trying to print #10 envelopes.  Setup printer options, regarding paper size, which try, etc.  Created an envelope, using Word 2016, setup printer options in Word to match printer options on the device itself.  When I press the print button, I get the message, "Paper size mismatch" on the printer display.  I have tried all options suggested by HP diagnostic program, and users who have received the same message.   I have updated drivers, disconnected and unplugged printer, etc. on and on, nothing has worked.  I suspect that the printer sensor is not working correctly, since all other options seem to have been exhausted.  Any further ideas?
