Product: HP Envy 6255 All-in-One
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

My Envy 6255 stopped picking up paper from paper tray, it printed one page, then it stopped working when it went to print the second page.  I have tried everything, anyone have any ideas?

Does the printer shows a message, that there is no paper inside? Please check out this support-video:
