The cleaning program did not clean the heads. Is there anything else I can try?

Are you able to copy/or are the copies coming out fine? Let me know how this report looks:
On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.
Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.
A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.
