Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am  getting the following flashing lights: Exclamation point; On/Off under Print; and Auto answer upon power up.  The printer is frozen in this state. The power button will not turn the printer off. Power cycling the printer ends in the same situation. I have tried the steps in the link with no change.

 

I see that there was a solution provided by private message. I would appreciate the same information.
