I am getting this error on an ENVY 5052 I purchased replacement cartridges and am getting this error as soon as the printer powers up.  Pulling the power cables did nothing, and the link is 404. 

 

Not what someone expects after putting $40+ dollars into replacement ink.   Especially when my children have assignments due in the next day ot two, I'd rather they not have to deal with a downed printer as well

@Cliff351 This printer uses HP 65 black and tri color in US, If you are located in the US, refer to this article for details: click here,

That said, if the issue persists, please follow the below steps:

 

Step 1: Update printer firmware

Some releases of ink cartridges are not compatible with older versions of printer firmware. Update the firmware to resolve this problem.
