HP OfficeJet Pro 6968
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 all in one printer which is connect via ethernet. I have had this printer for several years without problems. This week I have not be able to successfully print documents. The print queue shows an Error Printing status. I have tried the HP Print and Scan Doctor app without success. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer drivers without success. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,

Please try below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor, this specific version should likely resolve such an error:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to follow any suggested step, restart your PC when prompt to do so and then try printing again.
