Printer : Officejet 6950 , product number P4C85A

 

I had various problems over the past month or so with my printer.  Not accepting genuine HP cartridges, permanent message about the page feeder being dirty and now error code 0XB10A33DD. Also my printer won't let me use non HP cartridges, they are rejected every time I try to install on, is this a policy of HP?

 

Why all these problems of late, are you forcing me to renew m,y printer with all the errors it is throwing up.  Is the latest release of software having some bug problems?

 

Please answer all my queries.

Hp recommends using genuine HP ink cartridges as we cannot guarantee the compatibility of the refilled or remanufactured ink. Using non-HP ink can damage the printer's ink system which in turn causes printer failure.

 

I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document  '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays to resolve the issue. If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
