I had a power outage last night and when I went to use my printer tonight I had a few error codes. I only caught the one 0XB80005F4. I am no longer able to turn on my printer. Power is plugged into it. I can hear a buzzing sound. But I can not turn on the power.
Please help.

Hello,
The error mentioned seems to indicate the printer hardware failure. However you may try the below steps...
- Power ON the printer. While you see the error code on the printer, unplug the power cord from back of the printer.
- Also unplug the USB cable and Phone cord ( used for FAX ) from back of the printer.
- Now Power OFF the Wireless Router ( if any )
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Plug in the power cord to the printer and the other end directly to wall outlet ( bypass surge protector / power strip )
- Printer should automatically power on, else press the ON button on the printer to do so.
- If the issue still persists, its time to service / replace the printer.
