I have an error code OXC4EB8024 and I have found a tech answer to the this problem. However it needs me to remove the ink cartridges but the cradle does not return to that position. It wont slide across and I dont want to force it. Any ideas please?

Thanks for your reply. Having been on to HP Support in the meantime the printer still would not clear the error and as it's still under warranty I have a new printer en route. Thanks for your time.
