Error message Oxc19a0002 HP Office Jet Pro 6830

Hello I am receiving the error message Oxc19a0002 on my printer which was a replacement printer for another HP printer that had the same issue in 2016. This printer is only 4 years old and I am having to go through this again. I only use genuine HP ink cartridges since I know HP rigs the printers to stop working when you use non-HP ink (I just received a check from a class-action lawsuit for this issue with HP). How can I fix my printer? I already tried to reset the printer by following the instructions I found on this message board and that did not resolve the issue. This will definitely be the last HP printer I ever purchase!

UPDATE: I checked inside the printhead area with a flashlight and I found a puddle of ink that leaked onto the bottom of the printer and some green wires on the far right hand side. Why would the printhead leak?
