Hi, I am having a problems with my HP Series 3630 printer, I use Windows 10, this is updated. I have also used scan and print doctor for HP but this has not resolved my problem. It will print out a test page but as soon as I send a document to the printer, an error message comes up when I open up the printer menu. On the printer itself, there is an envelope with a droplet next to it, however when I log onto my HP instant ink account, it tells me my ink levels are fine. Any advice greatly appreciated.
