I keep getting error message: reinstall ink cartridge. I reinstalled them. Error keep coming back. The ink was only half full. I put new ink cartridge in. Same error message. I unplugged printer and it printed 1 page then error message came back. I have cleaned ink cartridges and the machine as instructed by Hp trouble shooting. Error message came back.  How do I fix this any  ideas please .

There is no way on that site to actually contact support I know warranty is expired, I don’t use windows so that option is out. I’ve wasted hours on that site. It’s like an endless loop. Thanks for you suggestion.  Unfortunately it can’t help me.
