HP Officejet Pro 8625
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When trying to troubleshoot error message discovered I was out of paper. I have removed and reinstalled cartriges and print head on its carriage. When reseting the unit it seems to go directly to the Error message, not sure how to clear the message to continue troubleshooting.
