Product: Hp PageWidePro MFP 477dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I select settings to scan from the glass, a pop up message "No items were detected in the Auto Document feeder". This started happening after installing Catalina 10-15.1.  I can copy with the glass, but not scan.  I installed software from HP, still have the same issue.  Apple support told me HP has not updated their software.
