Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g

My printer will not print. It was fine showing no problems, and now I get an error message that I have an "ink system failure." A error message says the print head is either missing (It does not appear to be missing) or the printhead has failed. A menage on the printer says suggest contact HP support.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Printhead Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
