Error message reads only 0XP8000530.
This happened after I put a new black 60 cartridge in.
I have read instruction pages on Hp support and in forum stating "turn on, then remove both ink cartridges, then unplug for 60 seconds...blah blah...." Well, the cartridges are all the way to the right hand sde of the carriage, so I can only remove the colored one. I can't even get near the black one, so I can't try the solution.
I need a fix, and I would like to know why the whole machine freezes up and completely loses its wireless capability and absolutely fails to communcate. Just because when I understand things, it is easier to work on them and make good judgment calls in lieu of looking yet more solutions up. Thenks. I will check back tonight when I get home from work.
