Can anyone help me unlock or factory reset my OfficeJet Pro 8025. The touchscreen menu has many options locked but I set up the printer and did not lock anything. Now I can't reset it or get it to connect to wifi. Thanks. RL

hello

I have exactly the same problem.

my hp printer 8025 will not allow me to access any settings and says that someone has locked it.

can you help with a factory reset or do I have to call hp support please?

HP Recommended

HP support is nonexistent. Here's what the tech crew at Best Buy advised and it worked for me:

To factory (semi-full reset), unplug power cord, wait, replug, tap touchscreen 4 times in lower left corner, should pull up Reset menu. Touch menu and find Reset.
