Hi, I am unaware of whom to contact in this regard,
I have a brand new HP Deskjet 2600 series, which I obviously got two ink cartridges with, one color and one black.
So my issue is that the Black ink cartridge is faulty, doesn't print in black at all, no smudges even just blank, however, my HP Assistant says the ink level is still full... obviously cause it's brand new, I did also clean it and still nothing.
Appreciate you trying the steps. As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.
