Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

HI, 

 

I have an issue with my Hp DeskJet GT  5820, the printer keeps asking me for the Username and Password which i have no idea about. I can connect to my printer but cannot change any network settings, security settings etc. 

I would really appreciate the help. Thanks!

I have sent you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
