HP ENVY 120 e-All-in-One Printer series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Well, that's it. Found unknown part inside and the color print doesn't work. HP ENVY 120 e-All-in-One Printer series. i have pictures of the part but i can't upload them here. Its rubber coat around 1.5sm to 0.5sm with 3 holes and inside is a smaller plastic white thing with 2 ... feet? (protrusion, projection, ledge, protuberance, shelf, salient, bulge, convexity, camber) i found it next to a pile of black goo. looks like under the cartridges so, ink i guess. * i do try and to contact hp support but the website says ""Error: We were unable to validate the serial number"" (CN34P1H0SS05VT)(product number CZ022B) * So, is the part connected with the not working color print? or i just didn't print for a long time and it dries out? if yes, what else that new cartridge i should do? clean the printer head?

Hi @rocnogu,

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.
