Product: HP Envy Photo 7830
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hi! I'm having problems printing from my HP Envy Photo 7830. It was working fine previously.

 

When I try to complete a Full Page Print on 265 gsm paper, the printer skips about 2 cm of the image at the top of page and ends early at end of page. When I try the same on normal A4 (e.g. HP Everyday white paper) the image prints fine.

 

any help would be greatly appreciated!

HP Recommended

That gsm is not supported.
