HP Office Jet Pro 7740
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing using Google Cloud Print, I get the following error message:

"This printer cannot support this many copies. Number of copies will be set to printer maximum of 1."

How do I fix this?

Thanks  -- the only relevant suggestions from that webpage is to update my printer's firmware and I already have the latest firmware installed.

The error message suggests the printer's firmware is limiting Google Cloud print to a maximum of 1 copy.
