The light will not stop flashing green. I have replaced ink cartridge correctly. Printer will not print.

I'd recommend you follow the steps from the User Guide pages 87-90 to resolve the issue. If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
