Product: HP Office Jet 5225
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have unplugged the power plug and the wall plug for 60 sec and that did not work. There are no paper width adjustments to realign. There is no paper jam. It will not close without paper.

 

What to do?
