Product: HP 2600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 2600 is offline since new bthub2 was installed. I seem to going around in circles trying to get it reconnected. I've read and tried a number of pieces of advice but got nowhere.

 

Can somebody advise me in very simple terms please? I am not very PC literate but do need to print.
