HP Recommended

Hi. After going through a mess of suggestions form deleting drivers, old printer files and the such this fix was the one that worked. Apparently when you download the software from the HP site it somehow affects the windows driver. Anyway, thanks for finally leading to the right, uncomplicated fix.  Joe
