Product: HP office jet 3830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP officejet 3830 will not print in color when wirelessly connected. There is no option to choose black/white or color under printer properties when wireless. These options show when printer connected via a cord and will print in color when wired.

Using Windows 10 on an Acer laptop.

Tried uninstalling all drivers and printer and reinstalling with no success.

Hope there is help out there.

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

 

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy and check.
