My brand new HP 3830 printer won't print in color - I've read dozens of ways to troubleshoot, and none of them are working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers twice (which I should NEVER have had to do with a new printer). Test page generated from the printer directly prints in color just fine.
HELP (before I throw this printer out into the street).
PS I just replaced an older HP because there were jobs stuck in the print queue ALL THE TIME - and I'm thinking I've just wasted my money again.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
