Hi there, printer won't connect to web services and thus I can't get claim code for instant ink.  I've tried everything I can. It connects to wifi. I've done several factory resets but to no avail. One message on a network print out says that the SSID name should be changed, but I don't know how to do this. This is my last shot before returning it, only bought last week.

@gethinrj, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

SSID is the network name of your wireless network. You will have to contact your Internet service provider to make changes to the wireless network settings.

Before that, make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document.

Web services can be turned ON as shown in this document.
