HP 6110 Align/Check cartridge error msg

HP 6110 all in one

This printer is giving us fits with either Align Cartridge or Remove and Check Cartridge error messages. I've removed and checked them. Powered it down and even removed the electrical outlet for over an hour all to no avail.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the ink cartridge error. 


Let's try to reset the printer and clean the ink cartridges. Refer to step#1 and 2 from here - HP Inkjet Printers - Ink Cartridge Errors


Also, try updating the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
