HP Recommended

HpP Officejet 6500A printer will no longer print black.  Ive printed a total of maybe 20 pages with new HP 920XL cartridge.  All were fine.  Then  a few pages printed very faintly.  Now nothing prints in black at all.  Colors are ok.  Have done print test and have run cartridge cleaning utility.

Please assist with a solution to this issue.
