printer says "problem with the printer or ink system. " Turn the printer Off, then On. If you continue to get this message contact HP.
I have followed the on/off instruction with no success and even unplugged the printer. Still no success. I have held down the power button for 15-20 seconds shutting down and powering up. No success.
