HP 6700 Officejet Premium Touch Screen Not Working

My printer functions and I can print but my touch screen turns on during initial power up and I can see the screen but then fades and has lines vertically on the screen and is dark and has no working seen?

Is there any damage to the screen?
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your computer.
If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer screen. If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
