HP 6950 not printing black ink

HP Recommended

Printing had some smudging at first, then stopped printing black ink altogether.  Went through the “cleaning process” twice and no change.  Also unplugged and restarted, no change.

I understand that the HP 6950 not printing black ink.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Please let us know which operating system you are using.

 

Are you able to make the black photocopy without any issue?

 

Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges?
