HP 6958

All new cartridges

Black ink will not print in "plain paper" option but will print if I select photo paper

To make sure the color ink is not making black, print a test page.

Printed a quality diagnostics page....Only color shows up.

I have deleted and reinstalled the software

I have looked at the printer heads and they look fine

I have looked at the vent on top of the cartridge and it looks fine

It prints black when I select photo paper
